Lions Creed Lions Clash Esports Event Broadcasting (representing London Legion)

You will be supporting Lions Creed Broadcasting staff for an event run within the organisation including:

  • Helping create and manage broadcasting schedules
  • Responsible for set up and recruitment and retention of casting and on air talent 
  • Work closely with the tournament organiser and other areas of the event to coordinate timings and transitions of the streamed event
  • Working with sponsors/marketing to include any promotional material
  • Coordinate with in game observers and on air talent during the broadcast
  • Communicate with all areas to make sure the broadcast runs smoothly 
The role requires good communication skills as well as the ability to understand how a broadcast schedule works and runs in real time (support will be given)

Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tournament/event organisation is essential as well as an understanding of Discord and broadcasting platforms .



The position will run for approx.. 6 weeks one evening a week online and then be part of the finals production at ESI London 2023 in October

Lions Clash Event Admin/Referee (HSDC Students ONLY))

Vulpine Esports Event Admin/Referee

You will be in charge of supporting Lions Creed staff with the event organisation within the player and tournament section, including:

  • Helping create and manage any tournament details including set up/testing servers
  • Responsible for answering any questions or issues both pre during and post the event that players/staff may have
  • Admin the tournament to make sure all players are complying with Vulpine's and any in game publisher tournament rules and conditions
  • Taking notes of scores and reporting to TO (Tournament Organiser) as and when needed
  • Deal with any in game issues such as freezes, disconnects and keep the TO informed at all times
The role requires good communication skills as well as the ability to read and understand any tournament rules and regulations.

Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tournament/event organisation is essential as well as an understanding of Discord and tournament platforms such as Battlefy or Toornament.

The ability to learn and adapt quickly to situations and respond in a professional and calm manner is also essential to the integrity of any event as well as adhering to our ethos of inclusivity and positivity.

Lions Clash Event In Game Observer (HSDC Students ONLY)

Vulpine Esports Event In Game Observer

You will be in charge of observing and coordination of in game footage, including:

  • Working closely with the broadcast team to show relevant and good quality showcasing of games on broadcast
  • Responsible for direction and placement of camera work within the broadcast
  • Taking direction from the on air talent and producer on gameplay direction
  • Inform broadcast team promptly of any in game issues such as freezes, disconnects and keep the TO informed at all times
The role requires good communication skills as well as the ability to read and understand some areas of broadcasting and good quality observing

Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tournament/event organisation is essential as well as an understanding of Discord and broadcast platforms such as Twitch 

The ability to learn and adapt quickly to situations and respond in a professional and calm manner is also essential to the integrity of any event Vulpine runs as well as adhering to our ethos of inclusivity and positivity.

Vulpine Esports Event Marketing

You will be in charge of all of the marketing and promotional materials for an event including:

  • Helping create and manage social media and promotional material for the event ( or coordinate if using GFX artists)
  • Responsible for timings and schedule of posts and materials
  • Work closely with the tournament organiser and other areas of the event to coordinate timings and transitions of the event
  • Working with sponsors/broadcasting to include any promotional material during the broadcast
  • Ensure all material is accurate and presented in a professional manner  
The role requires good communication skills as well as the ability to understand how an esports event is run and managed through social media and marketing. This role will also need an understanding of SEO and analytics (support will be given)

Event Manager (NOT CURRENTLY OPEN)

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a plan for the esports tournament, ensuring everything from top-to bottom is successful.
Overall responsibility of the schedule and timescales of the event
Manage the events team, and collectively build enthusiasm for the tournament and ensure its success.
Keep teaching staff updated to ensure the tournament is being delivered in line with university procedures
Evaluate all aspects of tournament, with the goal of improving quality as well as time management.
Be proactive in asking mentors and Vulpine Staff for advice and guidance and attend regular meetings with mentors.
