Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the event is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may arise during the event.
  • Ensure all logistics, such as venue, catering, and transportation, are arranged and meet event requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are met
