Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned and running smoothly.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the event is delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may arise during the event.
- Ensure all logistics, such as venue, catering, and transportation, are arranged and meet event requirements.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are met
