Description

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee the setup of the event space, ensuring that all elements are in place according to the event plan.
  • Manage the logistics of equipment, furniture, and other materials required for the event, including transportation, delivery, and setup.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the event setup are aligned and meet event requirements.
  • Manage the dismantling and removal of equipment and materials after the event, ensuring that the space is returned to its original condition.
  • Address any issues or problems that may arise during the event setup and logistics process.
  • Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met during the event setup and logistics process.


Requirements

Proven experience in event setup and logistics coordination or similar role.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
