- Support IT with setup and maintenance of networking equipment and other technology required for the event.
- Ensure all games and equipment are functioning properly and adhering to rules and regulations.
- Monitor games to ensure competitive integrity and fair play.
- Address any technical issues that may arise during the tournament.
- Work with tournament organisers and other stakeholders to resolve any disputes or issues related to technology or competitive integrity
- Proven experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking equipment and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
