Responsibilities:


  • Support IT with setup and maintenance of networking equipment and other technology required for the event.
  • Ensure all games and equipment are functioning properly and adhering to rules and regulations.
  • Monitor games to ensure competitive integrity and fair play.
  • Address any technical issues that may arise during the tournament.
  • Work with tournament organisers and other stakeholders to resolve any disputes or issues related to technology or competitive integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking equipment and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle disputes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
